If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Nuneaton Raw Pet Food product, please notify us within 24 hours by Contacting Us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Before submitting your order, please ensure that your name, address, contact details and delivery requirements are correct, as we cannot be responsible for any errors.

We cannot be held responsible for your errors made when ordering. Cancelling your order will result in a £5.00 admin and re stocking fee.

Frozen foods are only available for local delivery (CV1, CV2, CV3, CV4, CV5, CV6, CV7, CV8, CV9, CV10, CV11, CV12, CV13, CV21, CV22, CV32, CV34, LE9 and LE10 areas) or collection. These items will not be posted. The local delivery schedule is listed on the home page.

We will notify you of your time window for delivery. If you are not available to accept your order  and have not left delivery instructions we will leave in the safest place we see fit. Goods will be left at your own risk, Nuneaton Raw Pet Food will not take responsibility after delivery has been made.

Natural treat orders can be posted to anywhere within the UK at a charge of £4.50 Royal Mail Second Class signed for. Items will be posted our next working day following your order..

Deliveries can only be made whilst stocks are available.

Deliveries are only to the mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).

In the very rare case that your chosen product is not available we reserve the right to cancel your order and will offer you an alternative of equal value at our discretion, or a refund if you wish.
